- Cilantro (It is commonlyeaten as a food or used as a spice)

- Rosemary (an evergreen aromatic shrub of the mint family, native to southern Europe. The narrow leaves are used as a culinary herb, in perfumery, and as an emblem of remembrance.)
- Chervil (a Eurasian plant of the parsley family, with delicate fernlike leaves that are used as a culinary herb)
- Fennel Frons
- Basil (Spring) (a European plant which grows in hedges and scrub.)
- Lemon Balm (Late Spring)

- Thyme (Late Spring)(a low-growing aromatic plant of the mint family)
