Lice B Gone

Description

Lice B Gone is a pesticide-free multi-enzyme shampoo made from vegetable extracts. This shampoo works when other formulations with pyrethroids may not. Lice B Gone removes lice and nits without harmful pesticides or irritating chemicals. Most cases require only one application. However, the product does need to stay on the person for 30-60 minutes to allow the formula to soften the glue holding nits and lice eggs to hair shafts. In Lice B Gone’s non-irritating formula, this is an inconvenience rather than a health risk. Lice B Gone can be used by pregnant women, nursing mothers, young children and people with asthma and allergies. It is also effective on body lice, crab lice and scabies.

Unlike other lice control shampoos, Lice B Gone may be used as often as needed for actual treatment or for prevention in cases where re-exposure to lice has occurred. Reasons for re-application may include having an unusually large number of lice and nits initially, having a chronic lice problem for a long period of time, or having previously used a pesticide-containing lice shampoo, which can make the egg and nit glue more difficult to soften.
