The six rubber feet on the base hold the Scrusher in place and prevent scratching of surfaces. Soft side brushes clean off dirt and mud but won’t scratch shoes. Two stiff bottom brushes thoroughly clean soles. Weather-resistant UV powder coated frame measures 22″L x 6″W. Made in USA.
